 I’ve heard many people make this statement. They think about how their lives might be different if they had made different choices. Would they choose the same spouse or career path? Would they invest their time and energy the same way?

 Therapy can help you gain wisdom and understanding about the choices you have already made—and the new choices that you can make going forward. Within the confines of a safe and nurturing environment, I can help you explore why you think, feel and behave the way you do.

 With me walking alongside you, you can begin to develop a stronger sense of who you are and gain more grace for yourself and others. Through therapy, experiences or people that you previously feared can feel more manageable; conflicts won’t feel so overwhelming. Out of your new understanding, you can begin to make positive changes in your life and relationships.
